DisputeOrPay.ca is an online ticket management platform that assists vehicle owners in managing payment and dispute options for Automated Speed Enforcement tickets issued by select municipalities in Ontario.

Please review the options listed on the back of your ticket to confirm whether DisputeOrPay.ca is available for managing payment and dispute options. Only tickets issued by select municipalities can be accessed, through this platform.

Note: If you are paying with American Express, use the three-digit CVC located on the back of the card next to the signature box.

For more details about the Automated Speed Enforcement Program, please visit the municipal website of the municipality that issued your ticket. Each municipality may have specific information regarding program guidelines, enforcement areas, and additional resources. Check the contact information and links provided on the back of your ticket for direct access.

You have 30 days from the Deemed Served date indicated on the front of your ticket to pay or dispute it. After this period, any unpaid amounts will be added to your vehicle's license plate account. Additional fees will apply, and payments can only be made at Service Ontario through the standard plate renewal process.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Alternatively, in-person payments can be made at the municipal office where the ticket was issued.

Common grounds for dispute include incorrect information on the ticket, valid permit was displayed but not seen, meter/equipment malfunction, or emergency situations. Each case is evaluated individually.

Unpaid ticket amounts will be added to your vehicle's license plate account. Additional fees will apply, and payments can only be made at Service Ontario through the standard plate renewal process.
